SENIOR DESIGNER
B.E Mechanical / Structural with 10 years experience in Architectural /Steel structural detailing, having excellent communication skill and ability to handle team of designers /draftsman and coordinate with Architects & consultants. Experienced candidates in roofing industry will be preferred.
JOB PROFILE
- Reading & understanding the drawings from clients/architects/ consultants.
- Making detailed shop drawings as per Client requirement & specification for a project.
- Preparing complete bill of material (BOQ) with all materials & its specifications.
- Communicating while preparing drawings with different departments. (Admin, Purchase, Marketing, Project etc.) regarding time schedule, specifications etc.
- Submission of drawing & getting approval from Client/ Architects/ Consultants on time.
- Site visits for checking quality, taking measurements, reconciliation of material & providing technical assistance
- Understand P.O. /W.O. terms & conditions.
- Attend site meeting during execution regarding changes in approved drawing. Keep record for same.
